So, you have just made the decision to hire us and you are wondering..."What's next?" Fret not, We have compiled a detailed step-by-step procedure so that you know what to expect from us!
Step 1, The Mindset
Know that you are the King/Queen. We listen to you. We value your opinion. We want to make you satisfied. So, don't keep the comments to yourselves!
Step 2, The Meeting
We will be arranging a day with you to go down to the site to survey the location and also to get a rough idea of what kind to photography you expect from us. We will then go back and brief our talented team of photographers before sending them out to take on the challenge. If you are unable to meet up due to tight schedules, AREM Photographers will take what they think its best. We strongly encourage this step to not be skipped.
Step 3, The Shoot
AREM Photographers will go down to the location 1 hour before the event starts. Please advice if the location does not permit early entry. AREM Photographers will not be having any meals for short shoots. For longer shoots, they will adopt a 'shift' system. Therefore, you do not have to worry about missing photographers. Lunch is provided by AREM Photos for AREM Photographers. Payment is to be made after the shoot.
Step 4, The Compilation
We will go back and compile the photos. You will then pick a day to meet up with us to select the pictures you want from the compilation and we will do the final touches before handing the finished products to you. This will take at least one hour. Once we are done with the photos, we will burn them into a DVD and hand it over to you.
