A couple of weeks ago, my laptop died on me. What a
complete disaster. I had projects to finish and had to finish them using my
Galaxy Note instead. My laptop though is now repaired but I do not have time to
go down to get it.
These
two weeks had been torturous. Almost everything I need and want is in my
digital workhorse. My life was based on my laptop. Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge
are all installed on my laptop too. Imagine the anger and frustration of having
to re-install all three programs into my desktop to complete the project I was
attending to.
They
called me yesterday to tell me that my laptop is ready!! Now, all I have to do
is travel there, get the laptop, travel back and spend hours re-installing
everything. But guess what? I have got no time! Why can't they deliver the
bloody laptop back to me? It's part of customer service is it not? I am willing
to pay for this service but they do not offer it. Even Samsung offers free
delivery when under-warranty period phones are spoilt.
Oh
wells, I have ranted enough. Rest assured though, other's mistake shall never
be ours. This type of shoddy customer service can never be found at AREM
Photos.
